
After the initial introduction and general briefing about counselling services with the student and their family, necessary information is gathered to conduct an individual assessment of the student and to engage in illuminating and guiding information exchange to determine future goals and expectations.
Data obtained during the preliminary consultation with the student and their family is evaluated, characteristics are reviewed, preferences and plans are discussed, basic information regarding applications, academic goals, and priorities in timing are determined, and recommendations are provided on how to follow a plan during the preparation phase.

The student's academic progress is continuously monitored and guided, advice is given on preparation for required tests, application forms, and essays are reviewed, and support is provided at all stages until the final decision stage.
The Preliminary Consultation, Individual Counselling, Research and Recommendations, and Application Process Counselling and Support programs are included. In addition to recommendations for summer activities, suggestions are provided through continuous communication with the student and their family during the final months of high school offering support for higher education.
